How to free view 3D Stereo Pairs:

Have you ever seen the "optical illusion" picture of a circle and an "x" that you try to merge into one image of a circle with an "x" in it by relaxing your eyes so they drift apart and the pictures merge?

Well, if you can do that, you can free view. With Stereo Pairs, you have two images that were taken separated by approximately the distance between your eyes, so you have to look at each image with one eye. Some people are more comfortable with slightly crossing their eyes, and others prefer to diverge their vision.

For Cross Eyed Pairs, try holding a finger between the screen and your eyes. Focus on the finger tip, and move it toward and away from the screen, staying focused on the fingertip, until the two images merge into a third image that is 3D.

For Wall Eyed Pairs, look beyond the screen like you are looking at distant mountains. As you look further away the two images will merge into a third image that is 3D. If this is difficult, try standing a sheet of cardboard on the line between the two images, and putting the other end on the bridge of your nose, forcing each eye to look at one image.
